Ha Jung Woo, SHINee’s Minho, Yeo Jin Goo, and Joo Ji Hoon are giving viewers a sneak peak of their fun-filled variety show that’s set to premiere soon!

The four will star in the new TVING variety show “Ticketing with Two Feet” (literal title), a program that will follow the four stars as they complete missions to collect travel tickets to give to kids and teens. 

The four are sent to enjoy the beauties of New Zealand’s natural wonders, all while missions for them to complete lay hidden in the most unexpected places.

The teaser is a mixture of shots showing New Zealand’s breathtaking scenery, the four stars completing a variety of missions in almost every environment, and video footage of them trying out all kind of activities from bike riding to speed-boating and even bungee jumping.

 Viewers can look forward to a variety show that will be filled to the brim with excitement and fun.

The dance crew Mbitious has signed with a new agency!

On January 5, Mbitious signed with WAKEONE, a music agency under CJ ENM that houses artists such as Kep1er, Davichi, and Im Seulong.

Mbitious is a dance crew that was formed through Mnet’s survival program “Be Mbitious” in May 2022. 

They then appeared on Mnet’s “Street Man Fighter” to show off their talents in various genres of dance. The members consist of 5000, Kim Pyong Ya, former HOTSHOT and JBJ member Roh Tae Hyun, Tarzan, Woo Tae, former INFINITE member Lee Ho Won (Hoya), Jinwoo, and Kim Jung Woo.

WAKEONE commented, “We are looking forward to Mbitious’s passionate and high quality performances, the individualities and unique abilities of the seven members, and the synergy they have shown as a team. 

We will provide our full support so that they may showcase their capabilities in a diverse range of fields in the future.”

Comedienne Ahn Young Mi is expecting her first child!

On January 5, a representative from the star’s agency Medialab SiSo shared, “Ahn Young Mi is pregnant. She is expected to give birth in July.”

Ahn Young Mi began dating a non-celebrity in March 2015, and they got married on February 29, 2020.

Currently, Ahn Young Mi is active as an MC on MBC’s “Radio Star” and ENA’s “Hyojachon” (romanized title) and is also a DJ for MBC FM4U’s “Muzie and Ahn Young Mi’s 2 O’Clock Date.”

Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on January 7!

BTS’s RM’s solo album “Indigo” held onto its spot at the top of the chart this week, marking its third non-consecutive week at No. 1. “Indigo” also spent a third non-consecutive week on the Billboard 200, making RM the first Korean soloist in history to have an album spend three weeks in the top 40.

Meanwhile, BTS’s anthology album “Proof” remained No. 2 in its 29th consecutive week on the World Albums chart. 

The group’s 2018 album “Love Yourself: Tear” also stayed strong at No. 12, while “Love Yourself: Answer” re-entered the chart at No. 14.

ITZY’s “CHESHIRE” maintained its position at No. 4 in its fourth consecutive week on the chart, while NCT 127’s “2 Baddies” similarly held steady at No. 5 in its 15th consecutive week.

TWICE’s Nayeon’s solo debut mini album “IM NAYEON” defended its spot at No. 6 in its 16th non-consecutive week on the chart, and TWICE’s latest mini album “BETWEEN 1&2” also remained No. 10 in its 18th consecutive week.

ENHYPEN’s “MANIFESTO : DAY 1” remained No. 8 in its 22nd week on the chart, while Stray Kids’ new compilation album “SKZ-REPLAY” rose to No. 11 in its second week.

BTS’s RM continues to set new records with his solo album “Indigo”!

After becoming the first Korean solo artist in history to enter the top 3 of the Billboard 200 last week, RM has made Billboard history yet again.

For the week ending on January 7, “Indigo” stayed strong at No. 39 on the Billboard 200, making RM the first Korean soloist ever to have an album spend three weeks in the top 40 of the chart. 

(After debuting at No. 15 last month, the album re-entered the chart at No. 3 last week.)

“Indigo” also enjoyed a third week at No. 1 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, in addition to sweeping the No. 2 spot on both the Top Album Sales chart and the Top Current Album Sales chart.

Additionally, RM’s title track “Wild Flower” (featuring Cho Youjeen) came in at No. 14 in its fourth week on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, while RM ranked No. 65 on the Artist 100 in his fourth non-consecutive week on the chart.

BIGHIT MUSIC has shared additional information for fans regarding BTS’s Jin’s military service period.

On January 5, BIGHIT MUSIC released a statement kindly asking fans to refrain from sending letters to the training camp as well as visiting the site on the day of his recruit training graduation ceremony.

Hello,

This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

Thank you to all the fans who always give their love to BTS. Thanks to your kind consideration and support, BTS member Jin has entered the military in December and is now performing his duties responsibly at the training camp.

Thank you for showing your interest and support on the day of his enlistment. We would like to share additional information for fans to keep note of throughout Jin’s military service period.

Jin is stationed at a training center designated specifically for military training together with regular military personnel. If a large number of letters and gifts from the fans arrive at the center all at once, it would be difficult to store them, and they could be easily lost. We ask that you please refrain from sending anything by mail.

BIGHIT MUSIC will assist in making sure that Jin is able to check himself all the warm messages that fans leave on Weverse using the hashtag #Dear_Jin_from_ARMY.

Please refrain from sending letters and gifts even after he finishes his military recruit training and gets stationed at his military base.

We would also like to ask for your cooperation during Jin’s recruit training graduation ceremony. In order to prevent any issues that might occur from crowding, we ask fans to please refrain from visiting the site. Instead, we ask you to keep your heartwarming words of support and farewell in your hearts.

We ask for your continued love and support for Jin until he finishes his military service and comes back in good health. Our company will also strive to provide all support he needs during this time.

On January 4, Baro and Go Ara took to Instagram to share photos of the heartwarming reunion between the “Reply 1994” team. 

In addition to producing director (PD) Shin Won Ho, cast members Jung Woo, Go Ara, Baro, Yoo Yeon Seok, Son Ho Jun, Kim Sung Kyun, and Min Dohee were all present.

Baro wrote, “It is already almost 10 years. I’m always so happy to see our ‘Reply 1994’ family!! Even though it has been a while since we last met, we are still as [passionate] as ever.”

“Reply 1994” is the second installment of Shin Won Ho’s hit “Reply” series and aired its first episode in October 2013.
